WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?
Diycam warrants the Diycam-branded camera hardware product and accessories contained in the original packaging (â€œDiycamâ€) against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Diycam's published guidelines for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period"). Diycam's published guidelines include but are not limited to information contained in technical specifications, user manuals and service communications.
Please note: All claims made under the Diycam One-Year Limited Warranty will be governed by the terms set out in this warranty document.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?
This Warranty does not apply to any non-diycam branded hardware products or any software, even if packaged or sold with diycam hardware. Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers, other than diycam, may provide their own warranties to you â€“ please contact them for further information. Software and Mobile applications distributed by diycam with or without the Diycam brand (including, but not limited to system software) is not covered by this Warranty. Please refer to the licensing agreement accompanying the software for details of your rights with respect to its use. Diycam does not warrant that the operation of the Diycam Product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Diycam is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the Diycam Productâ€™s use.
This Warranty does not apply: (a) to consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports; (c) to damage caused by use with another product; (d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake or other external cause; (e) to damage caused by operating the Diycam Product outside Diycam's published guidelines; (f) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Diycam or an Diycam Authorized Service Provider (â€œAASPâ€); (g) to an Diycam Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Diycam; (h) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal ageing of the Diycam Product, or (i) if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the Diycam Product.
CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY: You can return your Diycam to the Company within a week; (07) days of delivery by placing a "Cancel Order" request by email to email@example.com. Returns will only be accepted for unused product(s) and you will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in your respective area within one (1) day from receipt of CANCEL ORDER request. Products must be returned in brand new and unopened condition with all the original packing, tags, inbox literature, scratch card, freebies and accessories. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of products during transit. The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Diycam in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint / return.
